Who we are

Leadership Impact Solutions - Eastern Africa (LIS) is a company that works with individuals and organisations to impart world-class leadership skills, competencies and perspectives and to influence and support their practical application in order to optimise benefit to individuals, organisations and entire nations in the Eastern African region.

Why LIS?

Training programmes in leadership and management abound in the region. Key players in these training programmes include global accounting firms, other international players as well as ‘not for profit’ organisations. However, none of these organisations focus exclusive attention towards leadership training.

Secondly, none of them pursue the crucial aspect of following-through, supporting and influencing the application of leadership skills in the workplace. Thirdly, none of these players significantly focus on coaching and mentoring. Our model is based on these three premises which are vital for significantly enhancing leadership competence, capabilities and application in the region.

To be the training and development partner of choice in East and Central Africa, for existing and aspiring leaders that wish to excel in the ‘new-age’ leadership by leading, inspiring and empowering teams with distinction.

Our objectives

  1. To create and sustain cost-effective and profitable opportunities for the imparting and application of world-class leadership competencies and skills amongst existing and aspiring leaders in Eastern Africa, using a multi-faceted approach to learning and development.
  2. To develop reputable and profitable centres of excellence in ‘new-age’ leadership development for the Eastern region with hubs in Nairobi, Kenya and Kampala, Uganda.
